Industrial Corporate Security
For more than 16 years I have had the opportunity to work with Kimon Iannetta on issues of dangerousness in the work place. Her talent and expertise have consistently impressed me. As head of IBM's Pacific Area for Honolulu during the mid-1980's I hired Kim to assess an individual making threats to our facility. IBM sent several Security Specialists to Hawaii to oversee the situation. Kim's input to the Security team allowed a quick and successful resolution to a potentially volatile situation. Without Kim's analysis IBM would have spent significantly more time and money and may have even inflamed a controllable situation. The IBM Security Team was so satisfied with the results of Scott-Iannetta that they continued to use her skills across the United States in situation of potential dangerousness.

When Danger Between the Lines was published I read it to increase my own understanding and expertise in factors of Dangerousness. In Danger Between the Lines, I found that Scott-Iannetta, Craine and McLaughlin have created a valuable and readily understandable process to help the reader identify potential dangerousness through handwriting analysis. This book is rich with examples and analysis that are both educational and fascinating. The formalization of Scott-Iannetta's techniques for assessment gives the reader a step by step guide to measure dangerousness. With violence an increasing concern in all areas of our lives I can think of no more important work than that of Scott-Iannetta, Craine, and McLaughlin and Danger Between the Lines. If you are in the fields of security, law enforcement, or psychology.
